Should I play Le Mans Ultimate in 2024?

The good

Le Mans Ultimate has received praise for its realistic driving experience and immersive gameplay. Many players enjoy the sense of speed and control they get from driving the cars in the game. Some players have also praised the game’s potential, stating that the developers are actively working on fixing issues and communicating with the player base.

The bad

The game has been criticized for its numerous bugs and performance issues. Many players have reported freezing, crashing, and laggy menus. Some players have also mentioned issues with the game’s physics and AI, citing unrealistic behavior such as spinning out of control. The game’s graphics have also been criticized as subpar, lacking features like DLSS and ray tracing.

Based on the reviews, it’s clear that Le Mans Ultimate has a lot of potential, but it’s still a rough around the edges. The game’s performance issues and lack of polish may deter some players. Additionally, the announcement of paid DLC and a subscription-based online mode has raised concerns among players. While the game has some great qualities, such as its realistic driving experience, it may not be worth the cost and hassle for some players. As of now, I would not recommend buying this game until the developers address the aforementioned issues and improve the overall gaming experience.
